The 1960s was a decade of change and war but also of hope and prosperity. One of the greatest movies from the sixties is Mary Poppins. It’s such a fantastic movie and one of my favourites. I loved watching it as a kid and now I enjoy watching it with my kids. We all need a ray of sunshine and a spoon full of sugar in these challenging times and Mary Poppins sure delivers. She is practically perfect in every way.
My cake is a chocolate & vanilla cake with Swiss meringue buttercream and chocolate ganache.
