"I came to Basketry & Fibre work when I joined friends at a National Gathering in 2007. I was immediately attracted to the array of creativity, materials & techniques. Instantly, I became a member of Basketmakers of Victoria (BOV) & joined Pat Dale's South Gippsland Basketry & Fibre Group (SGB&FG). Basketry & Fibre work provides a freedom that allows me to explore. This directs my working process, development of skills & understanding, sustains my interest, sparks ideas & propels my creativity. The company & teachings of capable women & exhibiting with them is now a wonderful constant in my life."
