Room 17, Year 1 - "DOG"

Title – “Dog” 2024
Medium – Watercolour, pen, posca pens.

Room 17 were super stars and managed to make their work for the auction in one lesson. Students had to decorate papers using marker pens to form Zen tangle patterns. They then painted over the patterns using warm colours to form parts of the dog’s body.
We quickly changed to black paper and using posca pens Students copied the playful outlines from photocopies to make plants and concentric circles to use for space around the dog. The work took 2 hours to cut out and arrange by Ms Shelsher. Every Student who attended this one session has work in the framed artwork.
