Trivia Night Auction 2025
The TGS Summer Hill Auxiliary invites Parents, Friends, Staff and Community to an evening filled with brain-teasing fun and camaraderie. Whether you're a trivia buff or just looking to have fun with friends, this event promises something for everyone.
As part of the evening’s fun and games, we are auctioning and raffling a selection of exciting prizes. The auction and raffle are open to everyone. If you can’t join us on the night, take a look at the items and bid away! Online Auction will close 8pm Saturday 22/03/2025.
The Summer Hill Auxiliary endeavours to encourage a greater spirit of community with events held throughout the year. Fundraising from our Trivia night will help us to plan and co-ordinate future Summer Hill Auxiliary events.
The Summer Hill Auxiliary would like to thank Mr Bowden, the School Staff, the Supporters, the Contributors and the businesses who have generously donated time and items to make Trivia 2025 a great success.
A huge thankyou goes out to our Trivia Master Sam Chan who has spent many hours devising confusing games to play, quirky trivia questions, and fun ideas. Trivia 2025 would not happen without you. Thankyou Sam, from everyone involved with this event.

Voucher conditions included with each individual voucher. Conditions may include and may not be limited to the below- expiry date, no exchange for cash, minimum age, Clothing/Footwear additions, Date of redemption availability limited by contributor, Contact details for booking experiences/redemption.
The winner of a prize/auction/raffle who is not present at the venue-TGS Sports Centre at the cessation of the event 10pm- 22/03/2025 to receive the prize in person will need to email- shauxiliarytgs@gmail.com to arrange a mutual time and place to receive the prize.
The online auction and online purchase of raffle tickets will close 8pm Saturday 22/03/2025
The purchasing of tickets will continue at the venue until time of raffle being drawn on the night.
Winners will be notified by phone and possibly live on loud speaker at the event.
All names of online raffle tickets will be added to a box by the Summer Hill Treasurer and audited by the P&F Treasurer and/or President of Summer Hill Auxiliary.
All prize winners will co-sign acceptance and collection of the item/prize along with a Summer Hill Auxiliary representative.
