Payment & Delivery
Payment & Delivery.
Winning Bidders receive an invoice after the close of the auction and have 3 days to pay the Auctioneer. If payment is not received within 3 days, the bid is cancelled, and the lot/s offered to the next highest Bidder.
Upon receipt of payment, the Bidders address is sent to the Seller, who then has 5 working days to dispatch the goods using a tracked delivery service . The Seller must send a photo of the posting receipt to the Auctioneer as proof of posting.
Subject to proof of posting being received, and in the absence of a non-delivery claim, the Bidders funds (less fees) are released to the Seller after 14 days. Any claims made later than 14 days from the closing date of the auction will not be considered.
In the event of non-delivery or damage in transit, it is the Sellers responsibility to make a claim against the Royal Mail. The Buyers funds will be returned in full.
