Welcome to my auction of "LIVE" vintage tobacco products. Here you will find rare and interesting packets and tins produced before 1980 that still contain the original contents.These products are not fit for consumption and are offered only as collectors items.

Note: Particpants in these auctions must be aged 18 years or over.

Auction terms and conditions

Auctions are open to UK residents only.
Bids in Sterling only.
Bids will only be accepted from registered bidders.
Each Auction lot will be open for bids for a period of 30 days.
Lots will be sold to the highest bidder.
The closing date is displayed by the countdown timer shown for each lot.
If bids do not exceed the minimum price (where set), the lot will not be sold.
Successful bidders will be notified immediately after the closing date, and will have three days to pay for lots. If payment is not received within the time set, the lot(s) will be offered to the next highest bidder.
The results of each auction can be viewed in the Bidders control panel.
The Auctioneer has absolute discretion to withdraw lots, refuse bids, cancel an auction, or decide upon any other related issue.
Where listed items contain tobacco, the item is sold as a vintage collectible and is not for consumption.
Lots are not to be sold or supplied to any person aged under 18yrs.
All lots are sold as seen (as shown in photographs) and are non-returnable.
Whilst every effort is made to provide an accurate description, the information given cannot be guaranteed. 

Tobacco Collectibles accepts no liability for the description given, condition or delivery, and will not mediate in any dispute arising between Bidders and Sellers.
Any reports of deliberately misleading descriptions, non-delivery of goods or poorly packaged goods resulting in product damage, will be taken very seriously and may result in the Sellers account being terminated. 

Payment & Delivery

Payment & Delivery.

Winning Bidders receive an invoice after the close of the auction and have 3 days to pay the Auctioneer. If payment is not received within 3 days, the bid is cancelled, and the lot/s offered to the next highest Bidder.

Upon receipt of payment, the Bidders address is sent to the Seller, who then has 5 working days to dispatch the goods using a tracked delivery service . The Seller must send a photo of the posting receipt to the Auctioneer as proof of posting.

Subject to proof of posting being received, and in the absence of a non-delivery claim, the Bidders funds (less fees) are released to the Seller after 14 days. Any claims made later than 14 days from the closing date of the auction will not be considered.

In the event of non-delivery or damage in transit, it is the Sellers responsibility to make a claim against the Royal Mail. The Buyers funds will be returned in full.

Items in this auction are subject to an automatic extension feature. If a bid is received within 10 minutes of expiry, bidding is extended by 10 minutes. These times, and the number of extensions which may take place, may be changed by the auction administrator without notice.
Items in this auction may be subject to an undisclosed reserve price. Item prices which do not meet the reserve are marked . Should the leading bid at expiry not meet the reserve price, the item will not be sold.
Items in this auction are sold subject to a buyer's premium of 10%, which will be added to the winning bid.
