Gail was born in Trinidad in 1960. From an early age, she has always thought of herself as a creative person with passion as her drive. She attended Holy Name Convent in Port of Spain and Art College in Canada.

Artist Gail Pantin’s paintings and artwork have been done over a period of 42 years. The mediums she uses vary and depend on her subject and the idea she is trying to convey. 

Her style of art was greatly influenced by the Caribbean and Asian cultures prevalent in Trinidad and Tobago. 

She is an established artist who is best known for her panoramic landscapes, portraits and lyrical expressions of the life and culture of people, places and communities. Her works have spanned a lifetime of experience in Singapore’s educational system where she worked for many years and in the art community there.

She has exhibited successfully in Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Canada and Trinidad and Tobago. She currently resides in Tobago.
