Silk Laundry Endangered Species Art Pieces

In 2020, we launched our Endangered Species Capsule with an aim to raise awareness for a selection of animals and plants that are going extinct due to human impact. The range was warmly received and even piqued the interest of the longest operating environmental charity Fauna & Flora International (FFI).

To support our efforts, Silk Laundry Brisbane Store Manager, Carla Binotto, worked tirelessly on a suite of hand-built, papier-mâché Endangered Species art pieces. These art pieces have decorated our Silk Laundry stores for the past six months and it has been great receiving praise from all of you on their beauty.

With this online auction you can place your bid knowing all proceeds will go to FFI for the protection of the endangered species in our shared ecosystem.

Payment for the winning items will be settled once the auction has closed. The auction is available to Australian residents only. Auction items are available for pick-up from Brisbane or the Gold Coast. If shipping is required it will come at the cost of the buyer.
