Sophisticated, versatile, red maxi dress that goes from day to night based upon the event.  Thigh-high slit on left side along with red and black striped imitation buckle on left side of bust, top band.  Optional, adjustable straps.  A fluttery, not overdone, ruffle sits and flutters under the bust.

Top of dress, printed band of a 2” height and 3” ruffle print in a customized red/black Hibiscus print. Flexible, elasticized-shelf bra inside the bust area of dress. Full lining in dress.  Pulls up to get on or pulls down over the head. High quality, recycled, Italian fabric.
