Edna was born in Melbourne and has been an exhibiting artist for over four decades using a variety of mediums, including, paintings, ceramics, print and mixed media. She has exhibited throughout Tasmania, interstate and overseas and been a finalist in the 2019 Glover Prize, 2019 Tasmanian Women’s Art Award, Bay of Fires, Burnie Print Prize and ANL Maritime Award, Melbourne. She gained a PhD in 2005 from the University of Tasmania.
