Auction terms and conditions
The property being sold using this auction prize must be:
- within 7km of the Rainworth State School
- must be taken to market prior to 30 June 2021
- must be listed exclusively with Judi O'Dea at Ray White Paddington
- not already be listed with Ray White Paddington

The winning bidder agrees to enter into a contractual agreement with Ray White Paddington. All matters pertaining to prize fulfillment are between the successful bidder and Judi O'Dea, Ray White Paddington, including and disagreements and disputes.
Rainworth State School will not receive any goods, commissions or incentives from Judi O’Dea and Ray White Paddington as a result of the prize donation. Ray White Paddington will not be given any exclusive rights or ongoing contracts in relation to school or student activities
