The winning bidder is responsible for shipping costs and any applicable VAT or duties at their local rate. However, Original paintings (HS code 9701) are duty-free in most countries, including the EU and the U.S. However, VAT (Value-Added Tax) may still apply depending on the destination and local laws. The seller will cover up to €50 of shipping, VAT, or duties. If the total exceeds €50, the difference will be the buyer’s responsibility.
