Andrew Haining (b.1984) uses video, sculpture and photography to examine the relationship between bodies, structural frameworks and screen based imagery. Using industrial materials and camera based technologies, Haining highlights the stagecraft of these interactions to decipher what is constructed, concealed and ultimately, revealed.
His work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Sydney and Berlin and recent exhibitions include occupy & echo (a stage), Reading Room, Melbourne (2019/2020) ; Cruel Intentions, Cruel Intentions, Sydney (2019); Morphē, Down /Under Space, Sydney (2017); A/S/L/P, Verge Gallery, Sydney (2016) and Transcending, for Peace, by Lilach Livne, Critical Path, Biennale of Sydney, Sydney (2016).
