Celebrating 50 Years of Oatley Football Club
Since 1975, Oatley FC has been a proud cornerstone of community sport, fostering passion, teamwork, and lifelong friendships across generations. In 2025, the club marks its Golden Jubilee, commemorating five decades of football excellence and community spirit.
As part of the celebration, Oatley FC is hosting an online silent auction to raise funds for new sporting equipment, training gear, and player apparel. It’s a chance to support the Club while bidding on exciting items and experiences.
Auction terms and conditions
OFC Online Auction and Bidder Guidelines
- The OFC Football Club Online Auction will run from 5pm 26 July 2025 until 5pm 24 August 2025.
- The online auction will be held on www.airauctioneer.com/ofc-auction. Bidders will need to register to bid. The website may have additional rules to those in these guidelines.
- Auctions items will have initial bid amounts, which work as reserves and need to be met for a bid to ‘win’. OFC reserves the right to retain any items which receive no bids and use these items in whatever manner the Committee sees fit for the benefit of OFC.
- Auction items may have ‘Buy Now’ prices. Bidders can select this option to buy the item at the ‘Buy Now’ price at any time, unless the current bid level exceeds the ‘Buy Now’ price.
- Auction items have minimum incremental bid levels, which means any bid must exceed the highest bid by at least the incremental bid level.
- Winning bidders will be contacted to receive their item and make payment.

- All items will require physical pick-up from Renown Park. Payment must be made prior to the item being picked up.
- Electronic Settlement: Payments can be made in cash or Card at the canteen at Renown Park, or by EFT using the details below; as soon as possible post auction:

- All proceeds go towards Oatley Football Club’s general revenue account. The Auction is being run in good faith. In the event of a dispute the decision of the OFC Committee is final.

Items in this auction are subject to an automatic extension feature. If a bid is received within
5 minutes of expiry, bidding is extended by 5 minutes. These times, and the
number of extensions which may take place, may be changed by the auction administrator without notice.
Items in this auction may be subject to an undisclosed reserve price.
Item prices which do not meet the reserve are marked ‡.
Should the leading bid at expiry not meet the reserve price, the item will not be sold.
