We purchased Gentle Ness as a weaned heifer from the original breeders, Ian and Barbara Proudfoot of Highland Heritage Farm. Gentle Ness is a small-framed, calm cow with great feet, a nice udder and is a good mother. She is friendly and easy to handle. Her dossan is more pronouced when she is wearing her winter coat.

Gentle Ness did not calve in 2025 thanks to our young bull not doing his job in time so is ready to go to her new home early if you wish.
