Painted from the summit of Tully’s Hill near Leeton in the Riverina, ‘On top of Tully’s’ looks outward across expansive wheat fields glowing beneath vast, sweeping skies. Inspired by collage studies created on site, Ann Rayment captures not just the view, but the warmth, movement and atmosphere of the landscape itself.

Bands of radiant pinks, golds and sunlit ochres stretch across the horizon, while layered textures and expressive mark-making evoke the vitality of native flora and the rugged rocks that crown the hilltop. The composition pulses with optimism and abundance.
