Terms & Conditions:

1. This voucher is valid until the expiry date mentioned on it. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
2. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
3. Prior appointment is required for redemption. Please call the clinic to schedule an appointment.
4. The original voucher must be presented at the time of the appointment. Photocopies or digital copies will not be accepted.
5. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or insurance claims.
6. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the voucher may become void. No-shows will result in the voucher being forfeited.
7. The voucher is valid for 1 recipient only.
8. No cash refunds will be provided for unused Gift Voucher.
9. The voucher is valid only for the services listed.
10. The services outlined in this agreement will be provided by a qualified member of Orthodontics team at SameDay Dental Clinic including Dr. Abdelhakim, Dr. Ana, or Dr. Omar. By accepting these terms & conditions you acknowledge and consent to the involvement of these professionals in delivering the specified services. We reserve the right to change the personnel assigned to your case at any time, depending on the avilability of qualified professionals.
11. The clinic reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
12. Validity  -February 23,2025 to August 22,2025
