Voucher Validity: Each voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue (till 31st August 2024)

Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed for any tutoring session or course offered at Improve Me Institute. This includes group and individual sessions across all subjects.

Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance, subject to availability. Please mention the voucher at the time of booking.

Non-transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

One-time Use: Each voucher can be used only once. If the value of the session exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by the voucher holder.

No Cash Value: Vouchers have no cash value and no change will be given if the session cost is less than the value of the voucher.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a session booked with a voucher, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time may result in the voucher being considered redeemed.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Improve Me Institute is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.

Voucher Combination: Only one voucher can be used per session and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Eligibility: Vouchers are intended for use by students enrolled or planning to enroll at Improve Me Institute.

Amendments: Improve Me Institute reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of vouchers at any time without prior notice.
