Thank you so much Darrell and Cindy Grams of the Peppermill Lodge for donating this wonderful five (5) consecutive night stay for up to six (6) people at the Peppermill Lodge in Rockland, Michigan. Sledders are thrilled with the convenient location and top notch accomodations. This can be used during the 2021 or 2022 snowmobile seasons.
The Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park, Lake Gogebic, and the one million acres of Ottawa National Forest have a lot to offer outdoors and wilderness enthusiasts. There are over 100 Michigan waterfalls nearby that offer great views and photography opportunities all year ’round. Winter is no exception. The waterfalls in the wintertime can be extremely beautiful. Some other points of interest are Lake of the Clouds, hunting and fishing, Lake Superior, northern lights, fall color season, and abundant wildlife.
A heated garage is even available to guests to tinker on sleds or make some needed repairs to get back on the trail! For additional information check out their website Peppermill Rentals
