#01 Vintage Garcia Spurs

This is a quality pair of vintage Garcia drop-shank spurs, featuring classic stainless-steel construction with hand-engraved silver overlay along the shanks. Garcia spurs—particularly those with intact maker’s marks—are highly collectible due to the long-standing reputation of the Garcia family and the legendary Garcia Saddlery operations in Elko, Nevada. Their craftsmanship became synonymous with high-end Western gear throughout the 20th century.

These spurs display elegant scroll engraving on the shanks, a signature style often found on Garcia production and semi-custom pieces. The nub-style rowels show age and wear, and could be replaced if intended for riding use, though many collectors prefer to leave rowels original.

The spurs come with vintage leather heel straps, showing honest use and age. The leather is still intact and functional but presents as worn and dry, consistent with older tack. They retain their original domed conchos, adding to their authenticity and charm.
