About the Artist
Joey has lived in Newcastle now for 25 years and raises her three sons with husband Cameron. 
The last 5 years have seen her art emerge in many Newcastle businesses and homes as well as overseas. 

Running their own building company leaves them a little busy but Joey has spent the last year focusing more on creating artworks that had produced a steady and growing following. 

Known more to be a wandering gypsy, the ocean lover and rv tripper often paints what she sees on her travels along the east coast. 

Colour and texture create a playful mood with many of my artworks. Often earrings and homewares pop up with different mediums as she is always exploring new techniques. 

Joey is self-taught but has run paint and sip classes, taught workshops and painted murals around Newcastle and Tamworth her hometown.
