Camino Seguro is a progressive Pre-K through 9th grade full-day school dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through education, healthcare, nutrition, and social services. We have been working in Guatemala City's garbage dump community since 1999. We mitigate underlying factors that contribute to poor educational outcomes by bringing hope, education, and opportunity to the children and families through a combination of innovative and evidence-based curriculum, health, and nutritional services.
