Please read every items description before bidding, When you have won you need to arrange payment with the owner of the book directly via Discord, Instagram or e-mail within 7 days. Each item notes the owner in the description and we will follow up with buyers and sellers at the end of each auction as well.

Auction terms and conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this auction, participants (hereafter referred to as "Bidders") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all items listed for auction.
2. Returns & Refunds
Buyer has 3 days from the day of receipt of the item to request a full refund. If a return is timely requested, the seller will refund upon safe return of item(s) and any commission will be returned. Buyer pays return shipping..
3. Payment Terms
Payment for any winning bid is due within seven (7) days of the auction's conclusion. Acceptable forms of payment will be listed and may include credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.
- Late Payment: If payment is not received within the specified time frame, the sale will be deemed void, and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed at the discretion of the auctioneer.
- Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to complete payment will result in the Bidder being banned from participating in future auctions. Additional actions, such as legal proceedings, may be taken to recover owed amounts.
4. Collection of Items
Winning Bidders must arrange for the collection of purchased items within a specified period following the auction. Failure to collect purchased items may result in storage fees or cancellation of the sale at the discretion of the auctioneer.
5. Bidding Eligibility
Participants must be of legal age and capacity to form legally binding contracts. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids or bidders at their sole discretion.
6. Item Representation
All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties stated or implied. Descriptions and images of items are for informational purposes only and not guaranteed to be accurate.
7. Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or any auction shall be addressed promptly and resolved by the auctioneer. The auctioneer's decision shall be final and binding.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The auctioneer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All participants will be subject to the amended terms upon their publication.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the auctioneer operates.
10. Acknowledgment
By bidding, the Bidder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions herein.
