Single vineyard Methode Traditionelle with 100% Chardonnay. 24 months on lees with 8g/L dosage. This bottle fermentation style leads to a satisfying and nutty taste with toasted pear and apricot notes. Flaunting a citrus and floral aroma. This is an elegant and dry wine that imparts one with a crisp and clean finish.

2 bottles of Oak Estate Malbec 2020

This bright and vibrant wine has been made from fruit grown on a single vineyard in the Bridge Pa Triangle and has been aged for 18 months in barrique barrels. Deep and rich colour, fruit aromas of sour cherry and raspberry are complemented with earthy, savoury tones, a touch of vanilla and integrated soft tannins.
