Inspired by Princess Diana who styled her outfits with a matching wide brim hat and pearl necklace. I loved her preppy style. Sunglasses, wide waist belts and giant bows with bright colours were a popular style accessory then.
My cake is a chocolate cake with ganache covered in fondant and handmade fondant accessories. This is the perfect sized cake for a small family in lockdown.
