This group course of instruction includes an invitation to attend an Introductory Talk in Paddington, attendance at one of Tim’s upcoming group Learn to Meditate courses, an invitation to Monday Night Group Meditation and Q&A sessions each week in Paddington.
Group Learn to Meditate courses are conducted in two formats either Monday – Friday 6-8pm (four sessions in total) or Saturday & Sunday 10am – 3pm (two sessions in total). Further details and upcoming course dates at www.timbrownmeditation.com
