#Lot 04 Rona of Bairnsley (9235)

Rona is as quiet a heifer as we have produced. She is hard to fault structurally & has great feet (never trimmed, and should never need to be trimmed - it is hard to say that about any Highland). She has thickness over the top and between the legs, standing with a post at each corner in the paddock every time.

She has been broken in and can be brushed all over. Her dam is one of our best cows and has an excellent udder and disposition.

This is the first time we will be selling any of her sire's genetics (& there might not be much more as we currently can not get any more of the semen imported into the country). Her Scottish sire, Seumus Dubh of Craigowmill has improved feet, size and temperaments like no other bull we have used. He is truly unique in the Highland world.

She is pregnancy tested in calf to Jacobite Dubh of Bairnsley AI (8614) (http://www.bairnsley.com/A-Jacobite.htm) and due to calve in June/July 2023.
