Freak Out - Clara Woods

“Clara woke up and wanted to paint some abstracts on a Saturday morning. When Clara paints an abstract, she puts off her emotions and things that she could not communicate or something we do not know to understand.

Freak out has some glitter to sparkle our days, blue reflecting the sky, and lots of tons of fuchsia to assure us that it is ok to be ourselves.

While Clara was doing this artwork, she danced all the time. Too bad that I could not do a video. I was trying to save the studio because of the quantity of paint Clara used and the vigorous brush strokes' stains.

It is a beautiful process to watch because you can see feelings coming out from the brush strokes, the quantity of paint that Clara is using, and from her movements. It has passion; it has joy; it has the freedom to move; it has Clara being 100% Clara.”

Clara is a painter, artist and model who experienced a prenatal stroke. Clara has made around 30 exhibitions on three continents, and in 2021, Louis Vuitton hosted Clara’s art show in Art Basel, Miami. She sold over 700 paintings internationally and moved to California from Italy after receiving her American Visa as an extraordinary talent.
