This farmhouse is near 3 miles of winding trails that will take you through prairie, woods, and wetlands; perfect for birders and hikers alike. The property features a small pond to enjoy swimming or kayaking. Sand Bluff bird banding station is within 4 miles, and they welcome volunteers. You'll be in close proximity to the Sugar River, where you can rent tubes or canoes to use on the water. Take in the late fall foliage, enjoy a winter getaway, or have some springtime or summer fun. One can truly unwind here any season of the year! The farmhouse is available on a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability.
