We are thrilled that you are considering an investment in this heritage breed- renowned for their beauty, power, and wonderful minds. We have selected several of our 2023 foals to offer in our premier auction event that represent some of the variety found in the breed. Whether you're looking for breeding stock, a future work horse, or a family horse to enjoy on the trails or giving carriage rides we are certain that you can find something that you'll like.

Auction terms and conditions
Thank you for your interest in our Brabant foals. All sales are subject to the following conditions:
1. Seller will require 3 references- to include the Buyer's vet and 2 additional professional or personal references- from each winning bidder before providing a sales agreement to complete the purchase. In the event that the background check is deemed unsatisfactory Seller reserves the right to nullify the winning bid and offer the horse to the second bidder or 'no sale' the horse.
2. Buyer will be required to submit a down payment of 10% of the winning bid, plus a $100 document fee (to be credited towards travel documents) along with a signed copy of the sales agreement within 7 days of the completion of the reference check in order to reserve their foal. The balance of the sales price must be paid prior to pickup after weaning
3. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with transport of their foal
4. The sales agreement for each foal will specify their pickup deadline, but this is typically within 30 days of weaning unless other arrangement have been made with the Seller ahead of time
5. All foals will be registered with the European Brabant Registry of America and registration transferred to the Buyer's name when payment is finalized
