WISH postcard

Every year at Quilters Affair in Sisters, Oregon, the tutors are asked to make a postcard sized quilt, 4” x 6”, for auction. These cards are then beautifully framed under glass, surrounded by an art mat. All the money raised from the auction goes to helping this amazing event (my favourite quilting event!) the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show, run every year. 

I’m supposed to be in Sisters right now teaching, but my son is ill. And so instead I’m going to auction my card, which is here with me in Sydney, through this online auction. The card will be sent to Sisters for framing and then shipped to the winner, and the money will of course still go to the show. If the card is bought by someone outside of the USA I will arrange for the card to be framed and ship it from Sydney, however the buyer will be responsible for postage. 

The cards at the show can be bid upon, or bought outright for $500USD, and so I have done the same here. If you love it but you don’t like pink, I’m willing to make another the same for sale in any colour of your choice, HOWEVER the price will be the outright $500 purchase price, and the pink card will remain for auction. Money from any additional cards will also go to the show.
