Recaredo - Reserva Particular de Enoteca 2004 Corpinnat (Lot#15)

A top wine produced by the masters of long-aged sparkling wines, Recaredo. The Reserva Particular de Enoteca sees 15 years, four months on the lees before it's disgorged and is a blend of 2/3 Macabeu and 1/3 Xarel·lo.

At only 3,000 bottles of production that are released in small tranches, it's rare to find even locally in Catalunya and it's only produced in optimal years, this being only the second to date.
