Parés Baltà Xarel·lo Lot (Box of 5 - Lot#14)

A leading organic producer in the Penedès region, Parés Baltà producers excellent still and sparkling wines. But one of their most impressive feats is that they've been one of the earliest wineries to champion the local white variety, Xarel·lo.

This is an outstanding variety for white wines and has traditionally been the backbone of long-aged Cavas. The move to producing still wines from it has paid off exceedingly well and in this box of five wines, one can taste the possibilities in lengthy aging as well as the experimentation that head winemaker, Marta Casas, is doing with each vintage.
