Mas Doix - Mas Doix 2013 (two bottles) DOQ Priorat (Lot#10)

A top producer in the village of Poboleda, Mas Doix has been making highly-regarded wines based upon the local varieties of Grenache and Carignan for nearly a quarter century now.

The Mas Doix is their flagship wine and is a blend of Carignan and Grenache and while scored at 95+ upon first release, this 2013 vintage is tasting extremely well currently, showing full integration on all points.

Note that this is an auction for TWO bottles from this vintage that were graciously donated directly from the winery's bottle archive in their cellar.
