Enoteca Gramona Brut Nature 2006 - Corpinnat (Lot#23)

Gramona was an extremely well-known producer of Cava wines prior to leaving the DO. They've continued to produce their long-aged, highly-regarded sparkling wines under the Corpinnat banner and were one of its founding members.

This bottle of Enoteca comes directly from their cellar and is an exquisite example of how well their wines age. A blend of 60% Xarel·lo and 40% Macabeu, with 15 years of aging, it effortlessly shows the delicacy that their wines are famed form.
