El Jardí dels Sentits - Misteriós Syrah 2017 (magnum Lot#27)

Enologist Blanca Ozcáriz is a well-established enologist in the Penedès region and this is her personal project, focusing on small-production wines.

She has kindly offered up a magnum of her Syrah wine of which only produced 1,900 bottles and only 70 in magnums.

It's a low-alcohol, delicate wine for the region with very low sulfur added and high acidity, making for a unique, fine wine.

Note that the bottle pictured is a stock 75cl bottle but the winning bidder will receive a full 150cl magnum bottle.
