Clos Mesorah 2010 (Lot#26)

One of the extremely few fully-Kosher cellars in all of Spain, this winery has been producing excellent wines from the local terroir in DO Montsant and has shown themselves to be a cellar of note in a very short time.

Here they've offered one of their earliest vintages of 2010 from their own bottle archive. It's a blend 40% Carignan from 90 year-old vines along with 30% Grenache and 30% Syrah.

2010 was an excellent vintage for the region and this wine is showing very well right now and perfectly frames the excellent fruit available in the Montsant region.
