يحق لجميع موظفي ولاء التسجيل في المزاد، ويمكنهم الشراء نيابة عن أفراد عائلتهم
للتسجيل ، يتعين عليك استخدام عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني الخاص بشركة ولاء
يلزم استخدم الرقم الوظيفي الخاص بنظام أوراكل الجديد
عندما تقوم بالمزايدة على أحد المنتجات المعروضة باستخدام خدمة المزاد، فإنك تقدم عرضاً لشراء المنتج بسعر المزايدة. إذا كان سعر مزايدتك هو الأعلى في ختام المزاد، فستكون الفائز بالمزاد وستكون ملزماً بشراء المنتج. لا يمكن خفض المزايدات أو سحبها بمجرد تقديمها ما لم تقرر الشركة وفقاً لتقديرها الخاص وجود ظروف استثنائية

يمكن دفع المبلغ عن طريق جهاز الدفع الالكتروني فقط
الاستلام سيكون من الإدارة الرئيسية في مدينة الخبر ولن تتحمل الشركة أي رسوم شحن
هذه المنتجات لا يشملها ضمان، نظرًا لأنه تم الحصول على هذه المنتجات من خلال مطالبة عامة من عميل، فيجب عليك (المشتري) فحص المنتجات والتحقق منها وقت التسليم، وفي حال وجود أي خلل فسوف تعتبر عملية الشراء ملغاه.
جميع المنتجات لا يتضمنها أي نوع من الملحقات
وقد يكون هناك اختلاف بين الصورة والمنتج
الشركة غير مسؤولة عن المنتجات بعد فحصها وإستلامها من قبل المشتري في المزاد ولن تكون الشركة مسؤولة عن أي ضرر أو خلل يظهر بعد التسليم
يحق للشركة رفض أي طلب شراء في حال وجود مخالفة أو أو سوء سلوك أو اشتباه إحتيال تتعلق بالمزاد
على جميع المشاركين عدم محاولة المزايدة بغرض الإضرار بعملية المزاد أو الإضرار بمصلحة طرف آخر، ويحق للشركة محاسبة المتسبب و منعه من الشراء و دخول أي مزادت خاصة بالشركة مستقبلاً.
إن عملية تسجيلك للدخول في المزاد يعد إقرار منك بالقراءة و الفهم و الموافقه على الشروط والأحكام أعلاه كما يعد مخالصة نهائية و إخلاء طرف للشركة من أي مطالبات مستقبلية على الإطلاق
يشار إلى شركة ولاء للتأمين التعاوني بـ "الشركة" أو "شركة"
Terms and conditions
• All Walaa employees are entitled to register for the auction, and they can buy on behalf of their family members.
• To register, you are required to use your Walaa employee email address.
• All Walaa employees should register using their Oracle (New) employee ID.
• When you bid for an item using the Auction Service, you make an offer to purchase the products at the bid price. If your bid price is the highest bid at the conclusion of the auction, you will be the winner of the auction and obliged to purchase the item. Bids cannot be lowered or withdrawn once made unless the Company determines in its sole discretion that exceptional circumstances exist.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT.
• The purchase amount can be paid using a span machine only
•Receipt will be from the HO in the city of Al-Khobar, and the company will not bear any shipping fees.
•These items are not covered by a warranty, being that these items were obtained via a general claim from a customer, the items should be checked and verified by you (the buyer) at the time of delivery, and in the event of any defect, the purchase will be considered canceled.
• The company is not responsible for the items once examined and received by the winner of the auction (the buyer) and is not responsible for any damages or defects that may occur after the receipt of the item.
•The company has the right to reject any purchase order in the event of a violation, misconduct, or suspicious fraud related to the auction.
• All participants must not attempt to bid for the purpose of harming the auction process or the interest of another party. The company has the right to hold the culprit accountable and prevent him from buying and participating in any future auctions.
•Your registration to enter the auction is an acknowledgment that you have read, understand and accepted the above terms and conditions, also considered as final clearance and release to the company from any future claim, whatsoever.
•Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company is referred to as “The Company”, or “Company”.
