Knox Gymnastics 3 x Casual Play Day Sessions

Knox Gymnastics offers Gymnastics programs for all ages and abilities, from toddlers in our KinderGym programs, developing motor skills and coordination, recreational programs for school aged kids focusing on skill development, through to competitive classes developing routines and focus. We also offer Adult Classes, where you can come and try gymnastics for the first time or for ex-gymnasts wanting to get back into gym for fitness.

Casual play sessions: Experience a wide range of movement-based activities for children not yet at primary school. Explore and discover abilities through physical activity. Develop physical skills in a challenging and engaging way whilst having fun. Conducted in a safe, structured and multisensory environment.
