About the Artist

Brisbane artist Jen Cass, describes herself as a mixed media artist. Her contemporary bird paintings are
colourful and expressive compositions depicting the beauty of our neighbourhood wildlife. Each bird
becomes more than just subjects, instead they convey their own unique personality – curious,
contemplative or mischievous. Jen hopes they remind viewers of small moments of joy that surround us
everyday.
