• Placing an accepted bid creates a legally binding obligation and an official contract between bidder and seller.
• Winners must make payment immediately after auction close. Payment is quick and secure, made via your online Shopping Cart, as seen on top menu line of the AirAuctioneer site. Alternatively, each Winner will receive an email Invoice after auction close with a link to your Shopping Cart.
• Ensure your credit card has adequate capacity to address your bid amount. In the event your winning bid exceeds your credit card maximum, you must call 888-769-7528 on the following day, Thursday, between 8a-5p, to complete your payment utilizing multiple credit cards.
• All Winners must complete full payment within 3 full business days of auction close. Non-payment will result in loss of right to the Lot(s) and loss of future auction eligibility, and may result in additional actions including but not limited to reporting of non-payment to credit agencies and legal enforcement.
• Plate message with an initial 5-year term is transferred to Winner after satisfying payment. At term expiry, Winner will have first right to renew plate message at then everyday pricing.
• Auction plates are fully transferable. Not only can auction plates be transferred from one vehicle to another, but also person-to-person, such as parent to children or friend to friend. The plate owner also has the right to sell the plate message to another person with the same ongoing rights; auction plates could be an excellent investment.
