<p>About the artist:</p>

<p>Marcus is an artist and performance maker based in Australia. His work uses the relationship between audience and artist as a site for strange sensory encounters – incorporating schisms of language, parafictional wor(l)d-building, meme-adjacent media and questionable dancing. Operating at the intersection of experimental club performance &amp; puppet theatre for kids aged 8-12, his works take place in theatres, old supermarkets, kickons and churches.&nbsp;</p>

<p>His works have been seen at Rising, MONA, Dark [filtered word], Arts Centre Melbourne, Liveworks, The Substation, Miscellania, Soft Centre, Gertrude Contemporary, Kings ARI, Blindside, Cantos, Art Gallery of NSW and more.</p>
