Ivyburn McLaren Vale Shiraz emerges from hand nurtured vineyards in the Willunga sub-region of McLaren Vale. Vibrant spiced plum, juicy black cherry and dark mulberry characters are expressed with both intensity and complexity. Subtle oak characters are displayed as aromatics and fine grain tannins, enriching the ripe grape tannins and accentuating a persistence silky spice driven finish. Carefully cellar for 15 plus years.
