Rep. Theresa Mah's Homemade Chili Paste

Enjoy a jar of homemade chili paste made by Representative Theresa Mah! Described as "a jar of homemade Sichuan Chili oil, a popular condiment with a variety of uses. My version has a consistency that’s closer to a paste or a sauce. It is made with my own combination of ingredients, including shallots, garlic, ginger, 2 kinds of chilis, Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon, star anise and 5 spice powder." This will be available for pickup at Rep. Mah's Chicago or Springfield office on a mutually agreeable date.
