A unique, handcrafted single malt made by one of Tasmania's premier and most awarded whisky makers. Created using a peated new-make spirit from Adams Distillery and aged in a Tokay barrel under the watchful eye of Tim Duckett and Tasmanian Independent Bottlers (TIB). Bottled at cask strength of 60.7%. This dram is sweet, smokey, bold and seriously delicious. This is a one off, you will not find this anywhere in any bottle shop.
