7 nights for 10 guests in one of Bali’s best located, most luxurious villas. Located near beautiful Berawa Beach on 1,000sqm of lush gardens, and just a 10 min walk or drive to restaurants and shops of Seminyak.

• 5 extra-large Bedrooms ALL with luxury ensuite bathrooms (with bathtubs)
• a private 15m infinity-edge pool and sun lounges
• a complete staff, including your own personal chef, 2 housekeepers, a gardener/pool attendant, a driver with vehicle (on call for the duration of your stay, including airport transfers), a security guard and villa manager!
• Transfers from and to Denpasar Airport are included and we will arrange an airport pick up and return.
• Check in is after 3pm and check out is 10am

The beach club party villa is located right behind the incredible ATLAS Beach Fest where guests will receive one complimentary VIP access for your entire group, incl. a large daybed, towels, a jug of sangria and an assortment of snacks!!

Located one block from beautiful Berawa Beach, and just a 3mins walk to the famous FINNS Beach Club. A short drive to the luxury restaurants and shops of Bewara/Canggu.

Subject to availability. You will have 2 months to activate your voucher and 12 months validity. Airfares are not included, other T&Cs apply, and please note ATLAS’ DJ tunes, at times are noticeable.

Cooking Service

Our Villa staff can cook you breakfast (please note that cost of ingredients is charged at market rates plus 30% service fee), however should you prefer a dedicated villa cook for lunch and/or dinner, this service will be charged US$40 per-day.

For cook’s request for 5 days or more, the charge for the use of a cook would be approx. US$30 per-day.

The only additional cost will be the food ingredients for all meals which are charged at market price plus a 30% service fee.

The cook or Villa Manager can supply all the market bills upon request.

Pool Fence
A Pool Fence can be provided for US$100 7 Nights.

Baby Sitting
A Babysitter can be provided. 1 day notice is required.
