3 interesting books - Simplified Stereoscopic Photography - 3D Projection - Geometric Anaglyphs
About this item
Simplified Stereoscopic Photography by CW Wilman is a great early work (1945), and one of the first to offer 3D photography as a relatively easy photo-hobby. Especially in the earlier years of stereoscopic publishing it was mostly important older men writing hundreds of pages on complicated subjects and theories, thus 'promoting' stereo photography. Wilman shows an easier way into 3D. In 72 pages and on a wide range of subjects - how to take, develop, mount and view stereoscopic pictures. Huray for Wilman! The book is in good looking condition.
Three-Dimensional Projection by Earl Krause (1955) is a very elaborate book on the subject, going into all kinds of systems and formats. The book shows use.
Les Anaglyphes Geometriques by H. Vuibert is about geometric shapes in 3D. Lots of anaglyphs inside and with the original anaglyph glasses. It's in French, but the images are for everyone.
