About this item

Dozen bottles of the finest blanc to blanc

Details:
Vineyard: Beautiful Valley Vineyard, Charleston

Elevation: 450-500 AMSL with gentle slopes (5-12%) generally facing the east.

Winemaking: The fruit was picked early from low yielding vines and at night to preserve fruit quality. Primary fermentation using traditional EC-118 champagne yeast in stainless steel, partial malo latic fermentation gives fullness but still retains freshness. 3 months on lees, then made in the traditional charmat method.

Nose: Bright and fresh on the nose with aromas of lemon and stone fruit.

Palate: Vibrant lemon rind, stone fruit and key lime flavours dominate. The Chardonnay offers great length and fresh acidity. Finishing dry with a hint of creaminess.

Match the 2023 Howard Vineyard Sparkling blanc de blanc with good friends and fresh seafood.
