All I knew is I needed a rest. I am healing. Getting stronger and softer. My old work is transformed into something surprising and simple while hinting at the complexity of my mind. Maybe I needed to collapse and reject everything as I knew it in order to regenerate, a restructuring, an evolution. Burnout for me isn’t just about depletion, it is a forced reorganisation of my values. A profound transformation.
