This beautiful and intimate cast glass house maintains a strong presence. This piece was created using a very challenging hollow casting technique. While most glss casting are solid, this mold had two parts allow it to remain hollow, lightweight, and to capture light in unusual ways. Details of the house were hand scribed into the mold, such as shingles, windows, and other nuanced architectural elements.
