This sculptural blown vessel utilizes has been carved using a precise masking and sandblasting technique (similar to the early 20th century etched glass). Reminisicent of Art Deco patterning and stylization, this artwork also has been adorned with pure silver leaf and purposefully tarnished to give it a more antique look. The combinations of shiny smoth black glass, with ethced matte surfaces, and the silver lip creates a one of kind piece with a lot of visual depth.
